This website is owned and operated by the Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Chi Omega at Stephen F. Austin State University and the 60th Anniversary Celebration Committee. These terms set forth the conditions under which you may use our website and product. Our website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase custom items made exclusively for our chapter. This is a fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds will go to help renovate our beloved chapter home or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. By accessing or using our website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

When buying a custom Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Chi Omega item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a said item when you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices charged for our custom items are listed on the product page. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Sales tax is included in the price of the book as well as shipping when applicable.

If you contributed recipes, notes, photographs, images, or illustrations, you confirm and agree that by contributing that content through any means to the website or cookbook, that you gave us the right to use, upload, transfer and/or print that content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on this website and in our custom items.
