RETURN POLICY
If your item(s) arrive damaged due to our negligence in packing, please contact us at chiomegaez60th@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace your damaged item(s) as quickly as possible.
Chi Omega is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that may incur during shipment. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting us.
If a refund is needed it will be issued in the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. It can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
